   - Lymph vessels = helps Drain lymph fluid

• Lymph nodes = Helps fight off infections
• Thymus glands = Apart of the lymph system (inform of heart and helps grow thymus glands)
• Tonsils = in the mouth and helps fight infections
• Spleen = Produces immune sells and collects old red blood cells

What are the major functions of the lymphatic system?

• Fluid control = Drains excess interstitial fluid
• immunity = produces lymphocytes
• Transportation = hormones, waste and nutrients
