Teams w/high orientation to task but low orientation to social climate is a coldly efficient team (not stable)

Teams with high orientation to social climate but low to task is a comfortable team (unstable over time)

High to task, high to climate-> stable and functional over time

Low to task, low to climate–> dysfunctional
