أَ لَا تَظُنُّ أَنَّ الْكَوْكَبَ آيَةٌ مِنْ آيَاتِ اللهِ؟
I sleep less in the day, did you sleep for one hour during the day according to habit?
أَنَامُ فِي النَّهَارِ قَلِيْلًا، أَ نِمْتَ فِي النَّهَارِ كَالْمُعْتَادِ سَاعَةً وَاحِدَةً
Do you want to read all the time?
أَ تَوَدُّ الْقِرَائَةَ كُلَّ وَقْتٍ؟
I do not fear anyone, these people fear thieves.
لَا أَخَافُ اَحَدًا، هَؤُلَاءِ الْقَوْمُ يَخَافُوْنَ اللِّصِّ
The … sleep in the prison in the night.
يَنَامُ … فِي مَخْفَرِ الشُّرْطَةِ فِي اللَّيْلِ
One night I did not sleep for some reason.
ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ مَا نِمْتُ بِسَبَبٍ

يُبَاعُ هَذَا الْبَيْتُ
Have the fruits in your garden ripened?
أَ اِخْتَمَرَتْ أَثْمَارُ بُسْتَانِكَ؟
In the morning the winds blow and the birds chip.
تَهُبُّ الرِّيَاحُ فِي الصَّبَاحِ وَ تَغْرَدُ الطُّيُوْرُ
…! Have you not slept till now?
أَ مَا نِمْتَ حَتَّى الْآنَ؟
Don’t read like this because it will harm your health.
لَا تَقْرَأْ هَكَذَا لِأَنَّهُ يَضُرُّ صِحَّتَكَ
A long time has passed now, get up and sleep on the bed peacefully.
طَالَ الْوَقْتُ الْآنَ ، قُوْمُوْا وَ نَامُوْا عَلَى الْبِسَاطِ بِالرَّاحَةِ
The blanket, pillows, and razai have been placed on the bed.
وُضِعَ الْكِسَاءُ وَ الْوَسَائِدُ وَ الدِّثَارُ عَلَى الْبِسَاطِ
Children! Sleep in the protection of Allah and don’t fear anything because Allah protects you.
يَا اَيُّهَا الْأَوْلَادُ! نَامُوْا فِيْ كِلَاءِ اللهِ وَ لَا تَخَافُوْا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ لِأَنَّ اللهَ يَكْلَئُكُمْ
It has been said that this small girl does not sleep due to the heat.
قِيْلَ اَنَّ هَذِهِ الْبِنْتَ الصَّغِيْرَةَ لَا تَنَامُ بِالْحَرِّ
