A

Measure what element?
The piling element would be based on the construction information, the type of piling required, the proposed materials to be used - waterproof concrete etc.

What is a transfer slab and why are they used?

A

A transfer slab is essentially a beam constructed out of concrete and steel reinforcements that is created with a slab of concrete. It is used to transfer the floor loads to the support post and pillars.

A

Steel on tonnage, concrete on m3. Based on measuring the details and calculating this way.
