A denomination is a prominent group within the church such as the Catholics and Protestants.

A sermon is a talk from a church leader usually given in the service.

It is worship that is done alone.

They are a historical record of beliefs which are held by the Church of England.

A sacrament is an important Christian ceremony.

What are the sacraments?

Baptism, confirmation, Eucharist, marriage, taking holy orders, reconciliation and anointing the sick with oil.

Prayer is a way of communicating with God.

Thanksgiving, contrition, supplication, intercession and worship.
