The combination of having skills necessary for advancement and the ability to recognize those skills.
How does the allusion men have of themselves compare to that of women?
Mens allusion is Positive, they always hear the positive about themselves first. Women have a negative allusion, they are negative about themselves and internalize it.
Where does Men’s and womens sense of entitlement come from?
Men’s comes from within, women’s is external.
