A
  • shave, spray, lace pad posterior knee
  • 30 degrees flexion
  • pre-wrap
  • 2 proximal anchor strips (mid-thigh)
  • 2 distal anchor strips (mid-calf)
  • use elastikon for fans
  • posterior fan (3-5 strips)
  • re-anchor
  • cover with powerflex

  • pull up over posterior knee for 1/2 of X
  • anchor around thigh (widest part, proximal enough)
  • pull down over posterior knee for 1/2 of X
