• PCOS
• Obesity
• Pregnant/BF
• Tamoxifen

Tranexamic acid

• 18-45
• w 21-35 day regular menstrual cycle
• no more than 3 day individual variability
• Take two 500mg tablets TDS, max 4 days, if very heavy = QDS
• S/e: n+V, thromboembolic events
• CI: hypersensitivity, haematuria, renal failure
