Police may enter premises, detain using force for assessment or take them to some other place for a medical examination

Mentally disordered person in a public place
Police may apprehend any person wandering at large in a public place if they are behaving in a manner that gives RGTB they are mentally disordered.
Must be advised of caution rights

Request of a Doctor
If doctor has examined a person on private premises and believes the person is mentally disordered and is in urgent need of assessment police may enter a premises using force and detain person there for assessment or take them to some other place for a medical examination
