- Amend the SC comment to read 'ALARM RESTORED TO NORMAL'
- Recommend, dispatch and turnout
- Radio Dispatcher to advise responding appliances of details on turnout.

Before the last appliance returns from the scene and prior to closing an automatic alarm event, what must the radio dispatcher confirm on the event?

That the ASE has either restored to normal or has been isolated.

Procedure in CFA if alarm restores to normal AFTER dispatch - 1 step

The Radio dispatcher must notify the attending appliance of the status change and comply with any direction from the OIC.

Workflow for testing new alarms (if unable to transfer to the team leader) - 8 steps

- Select the alarm and enter in the remarks: ===TEST CALL ONLY===
- Confirm the address details within the location field, and the corner streets, match the flagged address on the map screen.
- Select Recommend and note if the correct appliances/brigades have been recommended based on the Associated Instructions.
- Note in remarks field if the address flagged correctly and correct appliances/brigades recommended. Eg. ===FLAGS CORRECTLY AND RECOMMENDS xx CORRECTLY===
- If any information is incorrect, advise alarm company that faults are required to be fixed and the alarm retested prior to commissioning of the alarm. Place appropriate remarks on the chronology.
- Update call source to TTT and status to ST.
- Ensure alarm has restored to normal.
- Close event with disposition code of MFB test or CFA test.
