Psychological = warmth food water etc

Safety= security stability freedom from fear

Belonging = love, friends, family

Self esteem = achievement, mastery , recognition and respect

Self actualisation = pursue inner talent, creativity fulfilment

A

Motivational force = expectancy x instrumentality x valance

Expectancy = the persons perception that effort will result in performance

Instrumentality = the perception that performance will be rewarded/ punished

Valence = the feeling of satisfaction
