Communication(neurotransmitters), sensory receptors to interpret or respond to

Blood transports gases, nutrients, hormones & wastes.
Lymphatic System
Transports some of the tissue back to bloodstream, carries certain fatty substances away
Digestive System
Break down food molecules to be absorbed
Respiratory System
Move air in & out and exchange gases between blood & air; CO2 leaves the blood and enters the air.
