Benign bone forming tumour.

Lytic lesion with a rim of sclerosis. larger than 2cm.

How do patients usually present ?
A
Pain, particularly at night with a good response to aspirin.

A
Aneurysmal bone cyst.

What are the common locations for osteoblastomas ?
A
Spine and long bones (metaphysis or distal diaphysis)
