Competetive antagonist at muscarinic receptors

Urinary Retention
Sedation
Dry eyes

Scopalamine CAUTION

Chronic angle closure glaucoma (inceases IOP)
Peds, elderly, pregnant (can cross placenta)
NO alcohol
Do NOT cut patch (dose dumping)
