* Jaundice
* Pale stools
* Dark urine
* Steatorrhoea

Body/tail of pancreas
* Epigastric pain
* Radiating to back

Systemic Sx
* Weight loss
* Anorexia
* Acute panreatitis

Signs of pancreatic ca:

* Jaundice
* Palpable gallbladder
* Epigastric mass
* Hepatomegaly
* Splenomegaly
* Lymphadenopathy
* Ascites

Differential diagnosis of pacnreatic ca:

* Chronic pancreatitis
* Cholangiocarcinoma
* AI pancreatitis
* Bile duct stones

A non-specific tumour marker of pancreatic Ca:

Ca19-9

Good for predicting prognosis

Investigations of pancreatic Ca:

1. Bloods: LFTs, Ca19-9

2. USS/CT: mass +/- dilated biliary tree +/- hepatic metastases

3. Endoscopic USS: Adjunct for Dx/staging

Staging of pancreatic cancer:

Management of pancreatic cancer:

Surgical
* Whipple's - pancreaticoduodenectomy

Medical
* Post-op chemo
