What are the conservation rules?
1. Charge is conserved
2. Baryon number is conserved
3. Lepton number is conserved
4. Strangeness is conserved in strong interactions but changes in weak interactions

Describe the process of pair production.
When a high energy photon collides with something it can cause pair production and will create a particle and an antiparticle.
