the “payment details” tab provides options to modify the original payment method

Suspend or Activate a Payment

Start by opening order in OMOBO
Click on shipping

go to invoices

resend invoice

Suspend Payment..scroll down

it will process or load and then show as suspended

Add new payment method
Click add payment at bottom of screen and you should see the pop up screen

Click Activate and Yes

Once this is complete it will show activate at bottom instead of suspend

Refund to a New Gift Card
Click Add RFO at bottom of screen

double check before clicking apply
