Measure the amount of oxygen being given off.
> use Canadian pond weed in a flask with a gas syringe to measure the oxygen given off

You can change the distance of the beaker from the lamp
> you must use a light meter to plot a reproducible and accurate graph
What does the flattening out of a graph indicate?
That the measured factor is no longer the limiting factor
How can you control the amount of CO2 in a photosynthesis experiment?
> control the amount of sodium hydrocarbonate in the water
How do you control the temperature in a photosynthesis experiment?
> place the test tubes in a water bath and change the temperature each time
What are the three limiting factors of photosynthesis?
> CO2
> light
> temperature
