Solution Developer
Collaborates with team to interpret business requirements snd translates them to a Solution Increment that meets functional and non-functional needs of the business as a whole
Solution Tester
Empowered solution developer role, fully integrated into team and preforms testing throughout the project
Business Advisor
Provides specific, specialized input in to solution development or testing - a business subject matter expert
Technical Advisor
Provides specific, specialized input to project, often from the perspective of operational change management
Workshop facilitator
Responsible for planning, organizing ,and facilitation workshops to ensure collaboration
Ideally should be independent
DSDM Coach
When a team has limited experience of DSDM the coach is key to helping with approach.
