Q

What is a sgt responsibility once a call has held for 60 minutes?

A

Monitor the call and try to get a officer there asap. If the call holds for 90 minutes sgt will either respond to the call, send an officer, or make a call to the PR and try to resolve the issue. This update must be put into cad or notify dispatch
