A

Sx - painful breast, tender, hot, red, pain when breast feeding, fever, discharge

Ix - clinical diagnosis

Mx - 1st line - keep breast feeding, breast massage, hot packs
- flucloxacillin or erythromycin

Sx - sore nipples, cracked skin, white mouth and tongue in baby
