A
1) mRNA attaches to a ribosome on the rough ER
2) translation occurs to create a protein
3) a part of the membrane then wraps around the protein to form a vesicle

Golgi Body
A
1) motor proteins transport vesicles through microtubles to the golgi body (using ATP)
2) the protein is then modified and re-packaged into a vesicle (carbohydrates and vitamins are added)
