What does EPOC get rid of?
What happens during EPOC?

Light exercises such as joining and skipping, also gentle stretches.
What does stretching do for your body?
It gradually reduces the intensity of the exercise to maintain breathing and heart rate.

What happens when you get out of the bath?
It causes blood vesssels to vasodilate and being oxygenated blood in.
Give three examples of immediate changes during exercise.
Increased breathing rate
Body temperature increases
Give three short term effects of exercise.
