1.5 oz. Bar Hill Gin
1.5 oz Yzaguirre Dry Vermouth
1 dash House Blend Orange Bitters
Stir and Strain into a chilled Coupe

2 oz. Brooklyn Gin
1 oz. Simple Syrup
.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
Shake and strain into flute
Top with 2 oz of Prosecco

1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1 oz. 1:1 Simple Syrup
Shake and Strain into chilled Coupe

1 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup

Reverse Dry Shake and Strain into chilled Coupe

Muddle Ingredients
Add 2 oz. Yaguara Branca Cachaca
Shake and dirty dump into rocks glass

.75 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur
Shake and strain into mule mug, top with club soda
