Pt seated w/ arms crossed.

AP diameter– normal or barrel chest?

Chest movement: unilateral lag? (uneven on one side)

Breathing pattern- symmetry, synchrony

Supraclavicular area during inspiration- inspect

Auscultate: lung fields bilaterally w/ diaphragm (8 positions each side)

Same as posterior thorax inspection. YAY!
