How does it present?
A
Quick onset symmetrical arthritis.

What joint deformities are seen late in disease?
A
Ulnar deviaiton.
Swan neck, boutonnière and z thumb,

What do u see on x ray?
A
You see loss of joint space.
- Soft tissue welling
- Periarticular erosions.

What is the management ?
A
NSAIDS and early dmards.
1) Methotrexate.
