Young men ~20yo with painful oral and genital ulcers, uveitis, arthritis, erythema nodosum
Tx: Steroids

bone is broken down and regenerated, p/w: bone pain, arthritis, hearing loss, Alk phos very high with normal calcium and phosphorous levels; Tx: bisphosphenate
If pediatric patient has uveitis and inflammatory arthritis, but negative RF, what’s the dx?
Still RA since RF is negative in the pauciarticular variant
