A

-joint pain and stiffness which is worsened by activity

  • heberdens nodes in DIPs
  • bouchards nodes in PIPs
  • weak grip
  • reduced range of motion
  • squaring at the base of the thumb at the carpo metacarpal joint

Can do Xray (LOSS)
