What is dukkha?
Suffering
What is Samudaya?
Craving things or avoiding things
What is nirodha?
We can bring an end to this suffering
What is magga?
We do that by following the eightfold path
What is the right view in the eightfold path?
Know the truth
What is the right intention in the eightfold path?
Free your mind of evil
What is the right speech in the eightfold path?
Say nothing that hurts others
What is the right action in the eightfold path?
Work for the good of others
What is the right livelihood in the eightfold path?
Respect life
What is the right effort in the eightfold path?
Resist evil
What is the right concentration in the eightfold path?
Practice meditation
What is the right mindfulness in the eightfold path?
Control your thoughts
What is the first noble truth?
There will always be suffering in life
What is the second noble truth?
SAMUDAYA Suffering is caused by wanting more and more things
What is the third noble truth?

What is the fourth noble truth?
Follow the advice given in the eightfold path
What do you think of the Buddhas teachings do you think that some of them are true to you?
Yes I think some of the Buddhas teachings are true to me. For me I think the second noble truth is true to me because I’ve noticed if I don’t want something I’m happier in life and for me that is what I’ve noticed.
