A

-Bronchospasm secondary to asthma or COPD
- Prominent Bronchospasm secondary to airway burns and smoke inhalation
- Release syndrome following crush injury
- Hyperkalaemia with ECG changes

  • Metered dose inhaler: One puff into MDI and spacer followed by 6 breaths
  • Nebulised: 5mg repeat as required
