What are the manifestations of digoxin toxicity?
A
Life threatening arrythmias, anorexia, nausea, vomitting, abdominal pain, fatigue, confusion, wekaness, color vision alteration.
DIgoxin is great at treating afib and HFrEF but toxicity is not uncommon in elderly patients as they are susceptible to acute renal dysfuntion with decreased clearance of the drug.
