- Eccentric
- Ammortisation

A
- Lengthening of muscle fibres
- Whilst they are contracted

What is the AMMORTISATION PHASE and HOW LONG should it be?
A
- Transition phase between Eccentric and Concentric
- Must be kept short to produce as much energy as possible
