What happened on Dec 25, 2018
In December 2018, Katrina got into a physical fight with her brother, Brandon Perez, in front of the children over an argument with her mother. In despair, she threatened suicide to her father Tony Perez and grabbed the children in her car.
Tony called 911 and Katrina was arrested and taken to a psychological ward for evaluation due to her suicide threat. I do not have the results of that evaluation.
What happened in January 2020
In January 2020, mirroring the events from December 2018, Katrina said to me in front of the children, that she might end her life due to her despair of her upcoming homelessness. Moments later she then insisted to take both children with her, claiming it was her visitation hours. I had to call 911 to prevent her from leaving the premises as I was scared she would take the children. The police persuaded her to leave without the children.

What happened in December 2019
Katrina was evicted from her apartment at 3900 W. 7th Street, #24, Fort Worth, Texas 76107. After her eviction, she lived at times with various men, or in her car, and sometimes with her estranged family. I believe she is currently renting a room in Lewisville, Texas, but I do not know who owns the house, or the terms of her rental agreement. Katrina claims her rental agreement prohibits her from having the children overnight.
What did Katrina tell third parties?
Katrina has told third-parties that my father molested Emma. Katrina made similar false accusations against me prior to our divorce, including fabricating multiple CPS charges. She also stated in the past the same about her own father during our marriage.
What did Katrina Say on Valentines day
On Valentine’s Day, February 14th, Katrina wrote a Facebook post that “If a guy won’t stand up to protect his children by protecting the mother of the children - RUN.” I fear that similar statements are being repeated to Emma Titze.
What happened in April 2020
In April 2020, Katrina blurted out during a teacher-parent meeting addressing Emma’s reading disability (ARD), that there was a pending CPS investigation/claim of my family. This is all a delusion.
What happened in September 2020
On September 3, 2020, Katrina came to my house to pick up the children. In front of the children, she yelled at my mother and accused her of wanting to take the children away from her. The children became very upset and started crying.
Katrina called 911 to report that my mother was threatening her and trying to prevent her from leaving the house.
What happened after the scuffle in September 2020
Afterwards, Katrina accused my mother Ferda Titze of assault. She repeatedly stated to the kids that their grandmother hit her. The children were not present when the supposed scuffle occurred. A few days later after the children had been with Katrina, they began saying my mother should not have hit their mother.
