Dehydration
Missed meals
Warm environment
Surprise/ pain/ sight of blood

A
Full history
ECG - Arrythmia and Long QT (TDP)
24hr ECG
Echocardiogram - Structural HD
Bloods - FBC, Electrolytes and glucose
