What is a takeover door?
Takeover doors are doors that already have an alarm system.

Why is it important to say we’re doing the alarms and the cameras?
It’s important to bring up their system before they do, everyone is going to say “Oh, I already have one.” Get there before they do or acknowledge them and move forward in the pitch.
Why is it important to ask if they’re still paying their bill?
to find out if we need to buyout their contract/if they even pay their bills.
What’s the point of saying “ you have a link with our system”?
The majority of the sensors you’ll come across are compatible. Reference TAKEOVER section for more info on equipment and contract buyouts
What’s the reason why I say the bill is about the same?
Important to mention, people aren’t wanting to pay more than they already are. Shuts down another common objection
