What structures form the lateral wall of the axilla?
Intertubecular groove of humerus
What structures for the medial border of axilla?
Serratus anterior, thoracic wall.
What structures for the anterior wall of the axilla?
Pectoralis major, pectoralis minor and subclavius.

Teres major, subscapularis and latissimus dorsi
What are the contents of the axilla?
Tendons of biceps brachii and coracobrachialis, axillary nerve, axillary vein with cephalic vein joining, brachial plexus.
What is axillary clearance?
Removal of the lymph nodes in the axilla in breast cancer sufferers to prevent metastasis.
What do the lymph nodes in the axilla drain?
Lymph from the upper limb and also from the breast.
