- 2 ½ oz Estate gin
- ½ oz dry vermouth
- ¼ oz pickle juice
- stirred – stir in Japanese mixing glass until cold, julep strain
- shaken – in small cobbler, strain, give shaker with remaining drink to guest so they can top off
- glass: coupe
- garnish: grapefruit peel, expressed, dropped into glass

Old Fashioned flight is served with a side glass of ice with tongs so guests can cool/dilute their drinks at their discretion

- fill an old fashioned glass with big ice, pour off of the barrel spout until full
