Q

What is the Sensory Nerve (Neurone)?

A

Electrical impulses from sensory organs to the CNS.
Impulses travel in 1 direction towards CNS.

Q

What is the Inter Neurone?

A

Only found within the CNS (Brain and Spinal Cord).
It connects the sensory and motor neurons.

Q

What is the Motor Neurone?

A

Electrical impulses from CNS to the muscle/gland.
Fast response=Muscle.
Slower response=Gland.

Q

What are Nerves/Neurons?

A

Electrical messages are carried along neurons.
Synapse occurs in the gap between neurons.
Chemicals transfer these messages across synapses.
