Involves travel to dangerous landscapes, often with a difficult climate, and remote places that are sparecely occupied or not occupied at all.
DINKS- double income no kids, young people late 20s and fit 30s with no family.
It is increasing as TV travel programs and magazines are making adventure more appealing and advertise them too little investment is needed and people want to see this places as long as they can, and it is quicker to get to them now.
To enjoy your holiday with an element of risk involved, to see scenery that can’t be seen anywhere else, to see wildlife that cannot be seen anywhere else to do something adventurous
