Renal Artery Stenosis
Uncontrolled hypertension, impaired renal function, bruit over anastomosis. Need angioplasty to dilate or surgical repair.
Liver Rejection
increased LFTs, pain, jaundice, dark urine, ascites, fever
Kidney Rejection
Increased BUN/Cr, decreased urine output, weight gain, pain, edema, fever
Heart Rejection
Arrhythmia, tachy or brady, hypotension, SOB, weight gain, fatigue, fever
Lung Rejection
SOB, fatigue, prod. cough, fever
Pancreas Rejection
Hyperglycemia
Intestinal Rejection
change in stool output, fatigue, pain or distention, dusky stoma, weight loss, fever
