T/O many warnings and cautions are inhibited between 80 kt and 1500 ft or 2 min whichever is greater. the T/O is divided in to low and high speed regimes. with a 100 kt being the dividing line. above 100 kt and before V1 the Captain should be go minded.

VLS + 1/3 tower wind = Vapp e.g. TWR wind 20kt HW 1/3 = 7
VLS =130 + 7 = 137 Vapp
GS mini = Vapp -HW
Vapp 137 - HW 20kt = 117 GS mini
