Please demonstrate joint play in the following spinal region: Cervical (perform over any 3 spinal segments).

A

P-A Spinous joint play:
- Using hand to push the spinous process up and down (Posterior to anterior).

Rotation (Articular pillars) (L and R):
- One finger pressing down on the transverse process and the other moving the spinous process.

SP Lateral shear (L and R):
- Having one finger on each side of the spinous process, pushing it left to right.

- Using hands in shape of triangle, move the sacrum left to right.
