A
Used for many cancers (Leukaemia, lymphoma & some solid tumours [breast/lung cancer])
Vinblastine, Vincristine, Vindesine - IV only
- Vinorelbine - semi synthetic vinca alkaloid
Give these drugs IV only, intrathecal = severe neurotoxicity (contraindicated route) - (EXAM Q ALL THE TIME)
Vincristine AEs: Bronchospasm, neurotoxicity
