Its an adjective or in some time a verb “Pushover” is a slang term used to describe someone who is easily manipulated, controlled, or taken advantage of by others. It implies that the person lacks assertiveness or strength of character, making them susceptible to being pushed around or coerced into doing things they may not want to do.
“Sarah always ends up doing everyone else’s work because she’s such a pushover.”
