Q

Each voter ranks all of the candidates; that is, each voter selects his or her first choice, second choice, third choice, and so on. Get the sum of the first choice votes for each candidate. The candidate who gets the highest majority vote wins. If no candidate receives a majority, then the candidate with the fewest first choice votes is eliminated and the process is repeated; meaning, the first choice votes are added for each candidate.
