ENG OUT

A

N1 less than 55% RPM (+/-3%), N2 decreasing.

Verify engine condition, accomplish engine failure procedure.

Battery Hot

A
Temperature 140F (60 degrees C) or higher. 
Turn battery off and land as soon as practical. If BATT. RLY caution lights up, land as soon as possible.

Rotor Low RPM (audio and light)

A

Rotor below 90%NR.

Reduce collective and ensure throttle is fully open. Light and audio should stop when rotor increases above 90% NR.

A

Reduce power, verify fault with gauges. Land as soon as possible.

If Battery HOT light illuminated, land as soon as possible.

GEN FAIL:

A

Generator not connected to DC Buss. Verify fault with load meter. RESET GEN switch, then turn ON. If GEN fail light remains, turn OFF and land as soon as practical.

R/FUEL PUMP or L/FUEL PUMP

A

Descend below 6000 ft. Hp, if flight permits. Land as soon as practical.

If both boost pumps fail, unusable fuel may be as high as 156 lbs due to inability to transfer fuel from forward cells. Land as soon as possible
