What is the defintion of a lifestyle choice?
A lifestyle choice is a personal decision to perform a behavior that may increase or decrease the risk of injury or disease.
What does EAST stand for?
This is a framework to use if you want to encourage behavior.

What does selection bias mean?
Because we do not have a random sample of individuals, our selection of individuals might not be representative of the entire population.
What is residential self-selection?
Tendency that people intentionally choose residential locations that meets their needs and preferences.
What is the prevention paradox?
This is a paradox that says: The majority of cases of a disease come from a population at low or moderate risk of that disease. And only a minority of cases come from the high risk population. This is because the amount of people in the low or moderate risk group is much higher than the amount of people in the high risk group.
What do exposomics study?
Exposomics aims to analyze the complete complexity of exposures and their corresponding biological responses.
