2. Germination & Enzymes
3. After a few days the growth is stopped and the product is malted barley.
4. The Malted Barley is then crushed and mixed with warm water, starched is converted to sugar resulting in a sweet liquid called wort.

Must be matured for a minimum of three years in oak barrels.

Must be the product of just one distillery.
