Appeasement of Hitler

A

Hitler wanted the Sudetenland, part of Czechoslovakia, in order to accomplish his goal of uniting the German people into one pure nation. France and GB realized this and decided to meet with Hitler and Mussolini in Munich. The Munich Agreement stated that Hitler could have the Sudetenland. In return, the Allied powers were promised that Hitler would not annex any other countries. Neville Chamberlain was the British prime minister.
