What is the repayment schedule for varies amounts of money owed the Coast Guard by active duty members?
$150--$0 = taken during the current month $150-$750 = automatic debt NTE $150 per month starting the next month $751-$1999 = five equal installments 30 dys after CO gets debt notice. $2000---- = 1/3 of available pay or $400 per month (the greater of the two).
How are unliquidated travel claims recouped?
PSC(TVL) issues a dunning letter, FINCEN collects for active duty and DC for reserve and other people.
How is interest and other penalties treated for overpayments?
Interest is charged for all overpayments occurring earlier than current processing period. Thirty day grace period is given before interest is applied.

To cancel an uncollected portion of a debt owed the Gov’t.
